Responsibilities of this Staff Attorney position include client representation in Family Law, (including divorce, divorce modification, paternity, restraining orders, child abuse and neglect, and some guardianships and adoptions), Public Assistance Benefits, Housing and Consumer Protection, and Senior/Kūpuna Legal Services. Staff Attorneys also participate in community engagement, outreach and education, statewide initiatives, and day-to-day oversight of non-attorney staff. Requirements: • Member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Hawai'i are preferred.
