Looking for a finished carpenter, working with mahogany and moldings.

We are a construction company based in San Jose. We are currently looking for another reliable and hardworking individual to join our team! Position: Plumber/ laborer Key Skills Required: Framing: Layout walls, install framing for windows, doors. Plumbing: Rough-in copper, drains through final trim out; fixture installation. Electrical: Basic wiring, appliance installations. Drywall: Hang, tape, mud, and texture. Finish Carpentry: Trim work, cabinetry install, door install, baseboards install etc. Qualifications: Minimum 3-4 years of residential remodel experience Must have their own car and be able to drive to different Job sites around the south bay. Physically able to lift and carry at least 50lbs Be able to understand and speak english (preferred) Communicate and work well with others Understand current building codes

Helical Drilling, is looking for an experienced Foreman. Helical is a geotechnical design build contractor that does work all over New England. The foreman is responsible for their assigned project and crew. Their primary responsibilities are to oversee and maintain a safe work environment. They will guide and direct the crew along with managing the daily activities of the project. They will ensure that the project is built according to the design submittal. They will keep General Superintendent (GS) & Construction Project Manager (CPM) informed on the status of the project daily or as needed and will also coordinate site activities with the General Contractor and with the GS & CPM when required. Primary Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the assigned project 2. Oversee and maintain a safe work environment 3. Guide and direct the crew 4. Manage daily activities on project 5. Build project according to the design submittal. 6. Keep GS & CPM informed on status of the project daily or as needed.
