Hours are Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, or Mon-Thurs 5PM-4AM (40-hour weeks) Hourly Wage for this role starts at $26+/hour + $5,000+ sign on (willing to pay higher for more experience) Benefits and Perks! We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Some things you’d be doing: Automotive repairs including but not limited to extensive brake repair, fluid flushes, extensive tire repair, radiators, timing belts, wheel bearings, axles, alignment issues, and vehicle climate control repair Looking for someone with experience of the following: ~Using vehicle diagnosis equipment for mechanical issues ~Experience with Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) ~Experience with electrical wiring and diagrams It would be great if you also had: ~ASE Certifications ~ Experience in Engine Performance Maintenance or Engine Repair ~ Experience working in a high-end automotive facility or dealership ~ Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment ~ Experience working for a fast-paced hyper-growth company

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Building Engineer and one building Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our commercial high rise building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, and electrical maintenance. This role requires excellent analytical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. The Lead Building Engineer will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely while providing technical support and guidance to team members. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for building facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and EMS, card access systems hydraulics, and electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage applications. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory management, and reporting. Perform routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to assess system performance.. Ensuring timely response to maintenance requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
