Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using various tools, including an ohmmeter. Perform equipment repairs and appliance repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Operate company vehicles for field service calls, ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all tasks performed. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is advantageous. Ability to weld is preferred for certain repair tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving responsibilities.
