Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including documenting equipment serial numbers and warranty information. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety guidelines. Ability to maintain professional appearance of company vehicle(s) and personal attire Must have valid Driver's License, in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an electrician, preferably with a focus on residential and small commercial projects. Strong knowledge of electrical principles, wiring methods, and electrical codes and regulations. Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
