Audio Video Low Voltage Technician (healdsburg / windsor)

📢 Now Hiring: Low Voltage Experienced Technician Company: RCA Integrated Systems Location: Serving Sonoma, Napa, Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties RCA Integrated Systems is seeking skilled and experienced candidates in the AV / low voltage industry to join our team as an Low Voltage Technicians. This is a hands-on construction role with construction hours and conditions. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented leaders who can execute projects, mentor team members, and ensure quality installations. Responsibilities Lead and execute projects according to scope of work Install low voltage cabling in new construction and retrofit applications Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians on job sites Coordinate loading/unloading of tools and materials Organize and remove material waste Install TVs, speakers, surveillance cameras, and network equipment Oversee system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes impacting cost or schedule Install conduits and infrastructure supporting low voltage cabling Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record for possible use of company truck or reliable source to get to multiple job sites around the Bay Area. Proven experience in low voltage/AV installations Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans Skilled with power tools and conduit installation Experience training and mentoring apprentices Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with: Configuring network equipment Home automation control systems Audio/video distribution systems Surveillance camera installation and configuration Surround sound and projection system setup Job Requirements: Must be punctual and ready to work (“tools on”) Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ and work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments Must be able to walk up and down steps, bend at the waist, kneel on knees, twist/turn, work over head etc. Be physically fit to work very physical job.
