Job Description: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Cleaning windowsills and windows. Duties Include/But are not Limited Cleaning the property making sure its clean at all times there are 4 properties in one location. Cleaning mirrors/wiping down furniture. Cleaning ceiling lights/Replacing Burnt out lights. Cleaning spider webs/Cleaning property cameras . Blowing leaves once a day. Hosing down property in the morning. Keeping track of houshould supplies. There are 3 dogs that need to be walked and have their meals prepared daily BEING HANDY IS A PLUS. Must have CAR to get to work.
