JOB TITLE: Mechanica/Parts Assembly Technician      Job Summary  A Parts Clean/Assembly Technician is primarily responsible for processing and cleaning and inspecting parts and assemblies from high tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  Parts Clean Technicians will inspect incoming parts to be cleaned, and per specification will disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final cleaning, and prepare parts in a critically controlled cleanroom environment. At all times the technician will strive to maintain the highest safety and quality standards, while focusing on the needs of our customers and our company values.    Essential Job Functions  Strictly adhere to all corporate EH&S, QMS, HR, and site protocols and procedures.  Read and understand written work instructions and procedures assuring that each step of the prescribed procedure is annotated as complete when finished.  Use safety equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, chemical resistant aprons and gloves as required.  Handle potentially hazardous materials, following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures.  Clean parts using a combination of cleaning techniques, including but not limited to mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning equipment.  Use and help to maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, ovens, etc.  Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate cleanroom garments and following stringent micro-contamination protocols.  Assembly of Mechanical components  Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components per guidelines.  Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.  Ensure the work area, equipment and tools are clean and properly maintained.    Requirements ​  Job Requirements  Ability to read and understand technical procedures and instructions.  Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers.  2-5 years experience with assembly of mechanical components  Prefer previous cleanroom experience  Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time and to walk long distances.  This position will come in contact with chemicals.  The use of aprons, face shields and specialized gloves will be required. The Senior Case Manager will carry a caseload at the hotel site. The position requires a client-centered approach that respects self-determination, involves them in decision-making, and empowers them to achieve their goals. Effective collaboration with community partners and service providers is essential for providing holistic support and addressing any gaps in care. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and preparing reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. The role involves developing and implementing individualized plans to secure permanent housing.     The Senior Case Manager will lead the team in prioritizing housing solutions, collaborate closely with the assistant director of programs, and ensure that both on-site and hotel locations maintain the necessary capacity to meet community needs. Additionally, the Senior Case Manager will provide direct support to Case Managers to enhance service delivery.    Responsibilities:   Participant-Centered Support and Supervision:  Carry a caseload of participants at the off-site hotel location  Develop individualized housing-first service plans and guide participants through ending their homelessness:  Include housing location service, referral, and advocacy  Facilitate housing-relation tasks such as collecting necessary documents  Assist with developing a rental assistance package for participants utilizing a variety of funding sources, properly document the distribution of funds, and lead the recertification process if additional funds to maintain housing   Develop and implement individualized plans to help participants secure and maintain permanent housing.  Assist participants in securing basic needs items and services, including clothing, employment, childcare, etc.  Empower and support participants in the successful completion of their identified goals.  Provide services that are convenient and accessible for participants, including off-site visits.   Lead the case management team in providing effective services to the participants  Provide direct support to Case Managers, including phone screenings, diversion support, and guidance on complex cases.  De-escalate any safety concerns promptly and compassionately.  Complete and submit all documentation required for incidents before the end of the shift    Collaboration & Administrative Support  Function as a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely service delivery  Assure that all relevant information about participants is disseminated to all appropriate staff members promptly.  Monitors participants progress by regular, ongoing contact with individuals receiving services and contact with collaborative service providers both external and internal necessary assessments.
