Requirements Willingness to secure required state insurance licenses (support will be provided by Farmers). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage. A vibrant entrepreneurial spirit paired with a strong work ethic is key. Driven by goals and a genuine desire to assist others.
