Taylor Management is excited to offer a Part-Time Property Administrator position, ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours while contributing to the effective management of our properties. In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks and resident relations, ensuring smooth operations within the community. Compensation is $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing resident records. Respond to resident inquiries and assist with service requests in a timely manner. Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules with vendors and contractors. Assist in the preparation of property reports and documents. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in administrative support or property management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
