Connelly School of the Holy Child is excited to announce an opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our Development Team for a day, ash they facilitate a Visual Arts project at our Mayfield Market Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8 am - 12 pm. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. Engage with parents and community members regarding the holiday project. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field preferred. Experience teaching or leading art and craft activities, especially with children. Strong knowledge of various art techniques and craft materials. Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff members. The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Clinical Social Work (ASW) Intern in the state of California who is looking to fill their clinical hours for licensure by providing virtual individual therapy under a supervisor. The successful candidate must have proven experience working with seniors suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning. Your Role: Provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals according to discipline standards and in accordance with policies and procedures. Completing individualized biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24-48 hours. Maintain confidentiality of electronic health records (EHR) that are in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and other federal and state regulations. Remain up to date with clinical knowledge and treatment modalities. Demonstrates understanding of sound ethical practice. Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations. Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary. Follow all safety protocols as set out by National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or in a related human services field. Must be license eligible in the state of California (Board of Social Work) or have an active Associate License within the state of California. Maintain and be in good standing with the California Board of Health and all appropriate professional board entities. Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate. Ability to efficiently use web-based systems for quality review of records and work performed. Must be comfortable providing teletherapy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong relational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with colleagues, as well as those providing administrative support. Must be available to start with a minimum of 10 hours per week Experience providing therapeutic services to seniors (65+) preferred CAQH credentialing already set up is a plus Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be able to pass a criminal background check Benefits Compensation: $30-$37 per hour based on experience and credentials. This is a unique opportunity to join a small business delivering core capabilities for National defense. You will work within a fast-paced team delivering end-to-end software processing of Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data for Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Battlespace Awareness, and Technical Intelligence. Candidates will develop, implement, and run engineering processes in support of a large Agile software development program. Candidates will provide engineering leadership to development teams including subcontractors and will be responsible for ensuring team work products meet program requirements. SciTec seeks a candidate who will thrive in a collaborative environment where they can solve challenging engineering problems in support of critical national security objectives. Responsibilities Leadership: Lead and oversee all technical aspects of the OPIR framework system design, development, integration, testing, and deployment. Architect and design systems: Define the end-to-end data processing architecture, from raw data ingestion to product delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Establish standards: Set technical standards and processes for data handling, quality, and integrity to ensure all system development complies with mission and regulatory requirements. Technical oversight: Support engineering review boards and provide technical direction to ensure the integrity of deliverables and the overall system Communicate with stakeholders: Act as the primary technical interface between the engineering team, program management, senior leadership, and external customers. Present complex technical concepts and project status clearly. Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and technical problem resolution Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and high-quality deliverables Ensure all system components meet operational, reliability, security, and performance requirements Serve as the principal technical liaison between the program and government program offices Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; Master’s or PhD preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting, specifically in OPIR systems Proven track record of leading complex systems engineering projects and cross-functional teams Experience with government standards and frameworks such as DoD, NIST, and ICD requirements Secret Security clearance is mandatory Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred Domain experience with remote sensor systems or ground architectures, especially experience with OPIR sensor processing. Experience supporting systems engineering programs in the defense and aerospace fields Experience with Agile software development methods. Familiarity with the Earned Value Management System.
