Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and communication as directed. Support the enforcement of classroom rules and school policies by reinforcing appropriate behavior and expectations during tutoring sessions. Be available to communicate with students, teachers, and families regarding academic progress or concerns, as needed and appropriate. Build positive, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families to support learning and collaboration. Follow teacher and administrative guidance and assist with additional instructional or supervision duties as requested. Reflect on tutoring practices and apply feedback to improve effectiveness and student outcomes. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, or committees as requested.
