Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary Overview: Our client, a highly respected and established full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proficient professional to support a top-tier legal team on meaningful cases. The role requires a dedicated individual to be on-site five days a week at one of the firm's offices in Sausalito, Cerritos, or Pleasanton. Key Responsibilities: Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and emails. Prepare exhibits and assemble filings for court, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions. Manage attorney calendars, track critical deadlines, and schedule meetings, hearings, and travel. Handle document management using iManage and other firm systems. Respond professionally and promptly to client and internal inquiries. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Experiences: A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary is mandatory. Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with document management software (iManage preferred). Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $80,000 - $92,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
