Position Summary As a Residential Support Supervisor at Liberty Community Programs, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. Your leadership and guidance will ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support residential support staff in their daily tasks and interactions with residents. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a residential care setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including conflict resolution and crisis management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care.
