Position Summary As a Residential Support Supervisor at Liberty Community Programs, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. Your leadership and guidance will ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support residential support staff in their daily tasks and interactions with residents.
