General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills: Perform interior painting of homes including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinetry. Prep surfaces (sanding, patching, caulking, priming) to ensure a clean, smooth finish. Must have experience with enamel work for doors and jams. Strong attention to detail and an artistic hand. Tape, mask, cover, and protect floors, fixtures, and furnishings. Mix, match, and apply paints to achieve desired color and finish. Operate brushes, rollers, and sprayers as appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
