We are a regional property preservation company looking for property preservation contractors who service the Greater DFW area. Equipment Needed: -Smartphone -Truck or Van -Trailer -Lawn Equipment -Air Compressor -Hand tools and power tools Requirements: - Understand property preservation guidelines. (We can teach you... mainly taking photos of work and bidding well.) - Have the required equipment to perform requested work orders such as bi-weekly lawn cuts, tree trimming, winterizations, lock changes, boarding, bidding, debris removal, roof tapping / patching, etc. - Ability to use a smartphone app to document work by taking photos. - Every job requires before, during, and after photos taken with an app called "PPW". - Property preservation work requires the ability to complete all listed services within the required deadlines. - Agreement with our company values. Golf Course Driving Rang Attendant (Pukalani)
Driving Range Operator Job Overview: Operates range golf cart and ball picker to mechanically retrieve golf balls on the driving range. Wash balls before placing in dispenser. Supervision: Position reports directly to the general manager. General Duties/Functions: Clock in. Pull out range cart from under the tent. Go to range shed and get six milk cartons and shag bag. Drive cart to the bottom of the range and hook up ball picking unit. Use whatever driving pattern works for you: Counter clockwise concentric circles Side to side Cross angled NOTE: Do not drive the cart uphill on the tenth-hole side of the range. Always go downhill only. Beware of wires and blowing nets. Refrain from driving on steepest hitting tiers. Pick up balls with shag bag instead. When picker baskets are filled, pull cart into protected area at bottom of the range. Empty picker baskets into milk crates. Detach unit and drive up to the shed. Wash balls – removing rocks and damaged balls. Pour out one milk crate at a time. Drain and refill ball washing machine with water and soap when needed. Repeat earlier process of picking up balls with cart and returning to shed for washing. Be back at the shed just before the end of ball purchases (closing time changes with time of year). Change sign (open to closed). Block ball drop (use black metal). Block money machine (use wooden 4X4). Bring in baskets. Assure golfers leave the range at final closing time. Go around the perimeter (inside and out) with shag bag, picking up all range balls that have been missed. Collect wash buckets and ball baskets from the range and put in shed. Based on tee box position chart, move blocks accordingly. Disconnect unit at bottom of the range. Lock up shed and park the cart back under the tent. Lock cables under the tent if you are the last employee to leave. Clock out and lock the time clock box if you are the last employee to leave. Working Conditions: Position requires working outdoors. May be exposed to inclement weather, misdirected golf balls; vibration and moving mechanical parts. Requires lifting of equipment and milk cartons containing golf balls. Equipment Used: Range golf cart, range ball picker, milk cartons, shag bags, and ball washer machine. Other Materials Used: Position will be working with and exposed to gasoline, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. Mental Demands Requires working independently. Possesses good time management skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, stooping and lifting. Must be able to operate a golf cart and other equipment in a safe manner. Normal vision and hearing ranges required. Qualification Requirements: Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Excellent oral communication and customer service skills for dealing with guests on the driving range. Organized and able to work independently. Education/Training: High school education. Have a valid drivers' license. Experience: Previous Driving Range Operator experience is preferred.
