Seeking a Assistant Groundskeeper for a property management company, with multiple properties, in the East County and South Bay of San Diego. Our company knows we can’t work without you! We value and respect each and every one of our employees equally. This is a full time position. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 hours per day, no weekends! You will be responsible for maintaining grounds at multiple residential and commercial properties. This will include landscaping, maintaining parking lots, picking up trash, pool maintenance/cleaning, cleaning on-site restrooms, etc. Work truck on site provided! Candidates MUST have: - Reliable Transportation - Clean DMV Record - Good work ethics - Be able to follow directions with a good attitude - Willingness to work Candidate MUST meet the following physical requirements: - Have the ability to lift 50 pounds, on a regular basis - Have normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Be comfortable and able to complete tasks that include: Extensive standing, walking, kneeling, twisting, reaching, lifting, gripping, bending and climbing of stairs. Benefits include: - 95% of medical insurance paid by our company - Tools provided for all jobs. You will never be asked to buy or bring any personal tools. - Accrued Paid Time Off and Holidays (Begins after 1 year of employment, not including the mandatory 3 days sick pay per the state of CA at date of hire.)
