Responsibilities: ✔ Guest Experience: Coach throws (with showmanship!), snap/share action photos, and upsell perks & elevate visits. ✔ Solo Operations: Manage all venue functions alone—supervising lanes, handling cash/POS transactions (Toast), scheduling reservations and maintaining a balanced cash drawer/ledger. ✔ Social Calibration: Adjust your behavior on the fly—energetic with rowdy groups, patient with beginners, and firm when setting expectations when the venue is at capacity. ✔ Food/Drink Service: Take orders, check IDs, and serve alcohol responsibly. ✔ Venue Upkeep: Conduct improvements, maintenance, and deep cleaning (target assembly, equipment checks, organizing supplies). ✔ Marketing Support: Capture content, post to social media accounts, pitch promotions, partner with marketing projects and hype events. ✔ Light Admin: Occasional paperwork, inventory tracking, ordering, report assistance & customer management. We Prefer: • Live close to the venue—someone that lives within 5-10 minutes to the venue. • Schedule availability—someone that can plan availability 2 weeks in advance and has enough availability to justify putting on the schedule. Duties include helping with light housekeeping, shopping, cooking, personal care, transportation needs and community engagement. Must have own vehicle and current registration and insurance. Patience, kindness, and a willingness to enrich a young woman's life are a must. CPR and med certification a plus but not mandatory. Morning shifts Tuesday and Thursday from 8a to 12 noon, afternoon shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12noon to 5pm but flexible to other options.
