GROUNDSKEEPER

RESPONSIBILITIES The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires, but instead, are intended as a general scope of work. • Facilitate the Irrigation of trees, gardens and lawns • Trim and prune tree branches, bushes and hedges as needed • Maintain grounds; clean up leaves and litter, remove dead leaves, branches, plants. • Operate and perform maintenance on landscaping and irrigation equipment as required and as directed • Maintain and repair irrigation systems • Cultivate ground for and around trees and flower beds • Replace plants as required • Provide maintenance of swimming pool, spa, and related equipment. • Maintain and clean decks, patios, and outdoor furniture • Other duties as assigned by the company JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail • Must be able to work independently • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines • Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Outlook preferred • Team player, self-starter, results-oriented • 2 -4 years’ experience in landscape maintenance required • Irrigation system programming knowledge required • Knowledge of Swimming pool operation and chemical balance such as cleaning, vacuuming, and proper water balance Please send resume.
