Seeking dedicated kennel staff person to join our team- must love DOGS and CATS. Work includes providing daily care, feeding, and grooming for shelter residents; cleaning and maintaining kennels and living areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment; socializing with animals through playtime, walks, and enrichment activities to promote their mental and physical health. Must have good physical stamina; there is a lot of bending and lifting, you will be cleaning up after the animals and scrubbing the kennels, carrying 50-pound bags of food, crawl, play and work with the animals. Previous experience working with animals in a shelter is a plus but not required. Ability to interact with potential adopters to provide information about our animals and facilitate successful adoptions.
