We are looking for regular help on our farm. The majority of the work will be with dogs in our kennel, but we also have horses that you will need to be comfortable caring for. If you have prior horse experience there can be more opportunities to work with them. We are currently looking for somebody with 3-4 hours of availability on weekend mornings and 1-2 hours of availability several evenings per week. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate.
