To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the building handyman/contractor perform light maintenance in a different type of handyman/contracting needs for assigned buildings under proper supervision. Moving Furniture Minor Plumbing Minor Electrical Weather Striping Masonry Repair Various Painting Repairs Flooring Repairs Drywall Patching Door and Window Repair Ceiling Tile Repair and Replacement Maintain clean and orderly maintenance service areas and equipment. Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties. Requirements Handyman and/or Contractor work experience required. Full-time Hours Monday-Friday Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check. Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace and be very detailed. Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions. Follow building or customer specific COVID protocols. HS Diploma or GED. Use of personal vehicle to pick up supplies and transferring them from building to building. Basic electrical knowledge and are able to perform light electrical and plumbing. Moving furniture Personal tools required ( special tools if needed will be provided by client ) Pay rate 20 per hour. The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, utilizing contracting equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 365. Bonus Skills and Experience: Web-based work order and/or Yardi experience.
