SUMMARY: The Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in the intake process, case management, selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision of program staff. Behavior Analyst / BCBA will support families throughout Chester County, PA Behavior Analyst / BCBA may work school, after-school or early evening hours depending on program needs Flexible scheduling for work/life balance Generous PTO and paid holidays Salary/year range $81,000-$88,000 (based on years of experience as a BCBA) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision. Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities. Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan at ITMs. Will provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs.
