This individual will be the first point of contact for members and is responsible for partnering with multiple departments to ensure members' concerns are handled in a timely manner. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Part-time Schedule: Monday: 4:45am-1:15pm Friday: 4:45am-1:15pm Sunday: 1:00-9:00pm Job Responsibilities: Welcome all individuals into the club; assist members, guests and vendors as needed Monitoring and carrying out accurate check-in procedures for all members, guests, and employees. Exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times Complete job duties at times multitasking Maintain a clean and organized workspace for the reception associates Re-route calls and alert various departments on visitors and guests Handle difficult situations in a calm manner while remaining professional Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements Must be authorized to work in the USA. Someone with deep plant knowledge, who can identify the needs of a garden and communicate those needs to both clients and crew members. Day to day, you will find yourself: Meeting with the crews each morning to organize their day and any coordination that needs to happen with clients. Regular site visits to all of our gardens Organizing and scheduling crew routes and extra work. The receiver is responsible for filling all requisitions completely. Proper receiving of all incoming deliveries. Proper stock rotation of all products. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include: Fill all requisitions properly and in a timely fashion Follow proper receiving guidelines for all incoming deliveries Inform supervision of any shortages on deliveries and requisitions Keep area neat and orderly, products properly labeled, dated and rotated - Coolers clean and organized Bundle cardboard boxes Take out garbage Keep area clean and organized Check beer kegs and soda All incoming deliveries should be: temperature checked, visually inspected, weighed/counted and each and every box open and inspected.
