Who You Are: Passionate about beer and beverage, with an insatiable desire to learn Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively People connector; you love developing and maintaining relationships You excel in fast-paced environments and have an ability to take direction and roll with the punches Able to work a flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects At least 21 years of age What You’ll Do: Helping coach a team of 30+ between our 2 locations Build relationships with our guests, creating new fans Participate in daily food/beer tasting to ensure we are serving a quality product Provide input to our General Manager on new beer trends and beverage concepts Work alongside our FOH team regularly, in guest service and events Collaborate with our other brands (DOZER & Smooj) Problem-solve with our GM and FOH team to continually improve our processes Act as a brand ambassador for HOMES in and outside of work, representing HOMES at beer events and festivals …and any other tasks that help our fast-growing company succeed!
