In this challenging and rewarding role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to ensure that our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine performance, brake systems, and electrical components. Perform preventative maintenance services to ensure the safety and longevity of vehicles. Stay updated on new automotive technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge service. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about vehicle repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative team environment. Adhere to safety standards and regulations while executing workshop tasks. Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional auto mechanic. Able to demonstrate expertise through ASE Master Certification or equivalent. Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of modern automotive systems. Excellent diagnostic skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning. Job Summary As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
