Perform advanced mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components. Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a clear and professional manner. Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Mentor and train less experienced technicians, fostering a positive team environment. Stay informed about the latest automotive technology developments and service techniques. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto mechanic, with a focus on advanced repairs. A valid ASE Master Technician certification is preferred. Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues. Experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay updated on new technologies and trends.
