For work, I handle communications at a photography museum. This is our 15th year in the house and in this beautiful neighborhood; we love it. We will be showing the apartment. This is a one-year lease with option to renew. I live upstairs with my daughter. We are looking for a tenant who will keep the apartment very clean and in working order.
