All you need is a bed to complete your home sweet home. One covered parking is included in the rental cost. A washer is located on site. Water, sewer, electricity & internet are not included in the monthly rent cost. Our house is located on one of the side streets away from traffic. We share a private lane with 3 other houses and the area is very safe as the neighborhood is a multi-generational one with plenty of retirees and remote workers. Your new space is located in Palolo Valley- near Waikiki, several shopping malls, University of Hawaii, Chaminade University, Kapiolani Community College, and many eating establishments and boutique stores in Kaimuki. I am looking for a new neighbor who is clean, quiet, and doesn’t have pets or smoke (allergies). A security deposit (one month’s rent) is required. 9-month lease or longer. Available Oct 15.
