Network Reliability Engineer Role The Network Reliability Engineer reports to the Manager of Network Reliability and is a member of CoreSite’s Network Engineering team. The primary function of the role will be to advance automation, scale, and next-generation initiatives within the company. The role will focus heavily on SDN, Cloud, and virtualization. The position will heavily focus on product improvements and automation. Candidate should have experience in at least one programming language and be willing to demonstrate this experience during the interview process. Improve observability via implementation of improved monitoring, metrics, logging, and system analytics. Build software and systems to manage services and applications through automation. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network components, inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Produce network topology diagrams for existing and new infrastructures for sales, customers, marketing, and other internal needs. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Track record of building and running high-performance teams.
