We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented , and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team and help support our mission to enhance the and well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities: *Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner *Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquires *Verify insurance information and process patient forms *Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed *Assist with patient flow *Manage patient checkout, including processing payments and scheduling follow up visits * Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff *Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and managing office supplies Qualifications: *Certified Medical Assistant or experience in a healthcare setting - preferred *Strong organizational and multitasking abilities *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills *Proficiency in office software *Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
