Location: Albuquerque, NM Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: $80K–$110K + quarterly bonuses Sign-On Bonus Available Requirements Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – active certification required. Clinical Skills: Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and monitor client progress. Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Organizational Skills: Able to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining documentation and compliance with regulations. Professional Growth: Commitment to continuing education and staying current with ABA best practices. Team Player: Excited to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
