We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our daytime baking and pastry team. You will be working on creating pastries and cakes, scaling, mixing, and baking recipes. Our business hours are from Tuesday to Saturday Closed Sunday and Monday REQUIREMENTS Must have approximately two years of baking, pastry, or culinary training or experience Cleanliness and tidiness are a must Must be able to lift 50 pounds Food handling certificate Approx. 36 or more hours per week Pay attention to detail EXPECTATIONS Berolina is a workplace for dedicated bakers. In addition to good communication practices and a positive attitude, Berolina employees Have a strong work ethic Take initiative Are punctual and reliable Pay attention to details Learn quickly and work with consistency Work both independently and as a team member Exhibit time management skills Follow directions and detailed instructions. Reading recipes, scaling, and using mixers and ovens. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for working in a bakery.
