We are looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in food service. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. • Maintain food quality and consistency in line with company standards. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative, efficient team. • Manage inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages. • Monitor waste and implement cost-saving measures to reduce overproduction. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. • Promptly and professionally address guest concerns about food quality or preparation.
