What You ll Do Design, decorate, and finish cakes for orders and display, using freehand, piping, fondant, airbrushing, and other advanced techniques Work directly with customers to capture their vision for wedding, birthday, anniversary, and speciality cakes Create new designs and stay current with decoration trends and seasonal ideas Bake cakes, cupcakes, make buttercream. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation in your workspace Manage inventory and supplies related to cake decorating What We re Looking For Prior cake decorating and baking experience(restaurant or bakery setup) Artistic flair and a passion for creating beautiful, memorable cakes Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute intricate designs Strong communication in English, customer service, and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with a wide range of decorating tools and techniques (piping, fondant, airbrush, edible paints, etc.) Food handler s permit or ability to obtain one Flexibility to work weekends and occasionally accommodate last-minute orders Able to work at both Beaverton and Lake Oswego Locations Why Join CakeIt?
