Donut Prophet – Hanalei | Full-Time / Part-Time | $28+ per hour (with tips) We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented, positive community impact individuals to join our Holey Grail Donuts team in Hanalei. This role requires focus, consistency, the ability to work alone and with a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Weekend availability is required. Job Summary: As a Donut Prophet, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, preparing high-quality donuts and beverages, fulfilling guests orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is a hands-on position that involves both front-of-house and back-of-house duties. Key Responsibilities: Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Craft donuts and prepare drinks to standard Fulfill and hand off completed orders Prepare ingredients (housemade milks, ingredients, toppings) Restock stations and maintain inventory throughout shift Wash dishes and keep all areas clean and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: Dependable and punctual — consistently shows up on time and ready to work Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20+ lbs Team-oriented with strong communication skills Attention to cleanliness, detail, and food presentation Must be available on weekends Food service experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided Compensation & Benefits: $28+ per hour including tips (electronic + cash) Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time employees) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave Free drinks and donuts during shift Training provided with opportunities for growth Schedule: Full-time or part-time 12–30 hours per week Shifts available mornings and afternoons Weekend availability required
