JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Comprehensively selling our unique line of baked goods • Expertly making coffee, espresso and tea beverages • Staying informed on all menu items. Remembering all ingredients and important production procedures of all items • Carefully packaging cakes • Accurately handling cash at POS • Ensuring work space and retail space are clean and organized at all times • Restock retail items • Complying with all DOH regulations COMPETENCIES: • Self-motivated and customer service-oriented • Ability to think quickly and problem-solve • Highly skilled and consistent in all areas of coffee and tea service • Able to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar • Able to communicate effectively with management, peers and guests • Customer service oriented/ friendly personality EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES: • 1+ years’ experience and proven technical expertise as a barista and counterperson • General knowledge of register/point of sale systems • Ability to multitask • Must be able to work weekends
