The Case Manager is responsible for managing all pre-litigation claims files from date assigned through resolution or transfer to litigation.  The case manager ensures the client’s overall experience with our firm is an excellent one by properly handling each case according to attorney instruction and firm procedures.  Supports and exhibits the RHLF’s brand promise, culture, and non-negotiable traits. Ø Fields communication with landlords expressing concerns or reporting issues and violations of tenants.
