Position Overview: As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of aspiring cosmetologists. You'll create and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver practical demonstrations, and assess student performance while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your Responsibilities: Design and implement a curriculum that meets industry standards and inspires student creativity. Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations in cosmetology techniques. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students, facilitating their growth and success. Maintain classroom management and uphold a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Hands-on experience in the cosmetology industry. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and fostering student success. Ability to engage and motivate students in a collaborative learning environment.
