What You’ll Do Lead 30-60 minute sessions for children ages 1-10 using our non-competitive, play-focused curriculum. Keep every child safe, engaged, and smiling. Bring energy and creativity to each class, using positive reinforcement and fun games. Embrace learning opportunities — participate in workshops and welcome guidance from senior staff. When You’ll Work We’re looking for coaches who can start immediately. Choose your schedule or mix and match (approx. 5-10 hrs/week): Weekday Mornings: Mon-Fri | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Weekday Afternoons (starting Nov/Dec): Mon-Fri | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Weekend Mornings: Sat-Sun | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Requirements What We’re Looking For Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with kids. Comfortable coaching children ages 1-10 (experience as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or babysitter is a plus). Passion for soccer and eagerness to learn age-appropriate drills. Friendly, clear communication skills. Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization. Willingness to pass a background check. What to Expect You’ll deliver our structured, play-based curriculum designed to help kids ages 1-12 develop soccer skills, confidence, and teamwork. Some days you’ll be teaching multiple age groups and curricula at the same time, so you’ll need to stay organized and flexible. Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. We have locations across the following zip codes: 80019, 80249, 80022, 80238, 80207, 80205, 80220, 80241, 80233, 80229. Reliable transportation is required so you can travel to the location of your assigned classes. Don’t worry — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support so you feel confident leading every class. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment where creativity, positive reinforcement, and fun are key.
