We offer privates and small groups (up to 4) and specialize in rehab focused Pilates. Many of our clients are recovering from injuries, are pre- and post-natal, or are seniors. We focus on helping our clients regain and maintain optimal functionality in everyday life. The ideal instructor has experience with special needs clients.  This position starts as part-time, but can develop into full-time.
