Maintain residents work orders with utilizing our system to verify all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the resident’s satisfaction. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions. Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
