Join our team as a Window & Door Customer Service Representative and be the face of our company to homeowners and contractors. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits. Assist customers in selecting the right windows and doors for their projects by providing expert product and service information. Prepare and manage sales quotes, estimates, and special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Accurately enter and process sales orders and transactions using our POS system. Handle and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies or product concerns, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Maintain and update customer records and interactions within our database. Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying informed on new offerings and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, MS Office, and experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with taking measurements and interpreting basic product specifications is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems and helping others. Work location will be at our Redding and/or Red Bluff store. We are a drug free and smoke free work place. A valid and clean California drivers license is required. Some lifting will be required.
