Ensure projects adhere to our Way of Working principles, including Lean UX, GTD-inspired workflows, and the C4 model for architectural clarity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies. Perform enterprise data modeling tasks as required, including planning entities, attributes, and relationships to support business processes and reporting needs. Qualifications 5+ years of combined experience in technical project management, engineering management, or technical product ownership, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Domain knowledge in wealth management, financial services, revenue cycle management (RCM), electronic health records (EHR), and practice management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
