Our headquarters in Emeryville is where we design, sell, and manufacture machinery that is installed all over the world. We are looking for people to join our Union workforce. We have positions for Electrical Machine Assemblers. Our machines are large but also include many smaller complex sub-assemblies. We are looking for people with electrical experience to wire up and test our machinery. We are willing to train people with little experience and have electrical know-how. Duties include pulling cable/wiring, making terminations accurately, testing & troubleshooting errors, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, proficient with hand tools. Bending conduit is not a needed skill. The scope of work is industrial machinery, so some residential experience can be helpful but not necessary. Precision Machine Shop seeking qualified Quality Control Manager. Candidates must be detail orientated with experience in ISO 9001 and aerospace requirements. A thorough knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 and the ability to inspect very complex and close tolerance parts required. The Quality Manager will coordinate DMR issues and work closely with subcontractors to resolve issues. Candidates must have great computer skills, be able to operate a Zeiss CMM and manipulate models. The Quality Control Manager will coordinate or assist with in-process and final inspections.
