We are seeking a motivated Junior Golang Developer to join our onsite team in a full-time capacity. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in software development, especially with Golang, cloud technologies, and containerization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for employees, ensuring computer systems and conference room technologies run smoothly. You’ll primarily manage issues remotely from your desk but will also handle hands-on tasks such as equipment setup and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities : Provide helpdesk support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Set up, configure, and maintain physical computer equipment and peripherals. Perform device provisioning for new and existing users (experience preferred). Troubleshoot issues related to conference room systems, with a focus on Google Meet setups. Utilize remote management tools to resolve the majority of technical support requests. Execute basic tasks in Linux terminal for system checks and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain smooth operations and escalate issues when necessary.
