This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our workplace, from preparing light snacks and beverages to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional atmosphere. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve light snacks, beverages, and other refreshments throughout the workday. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Stock and restock office supplies, snacks, and other essentials as needed. Support basic office tasks, including organizing common spaces, light administrative tasks, and coordinating small office needs. Assist employees and guests with questions or requests, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Qualifications Previous experience in an office, coffee shop, hotel hospitality, or customer service environment strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, and restock items up to ~25 lbs (snacks, beverages, supplies). Willingness to perform light cleaning and tidying of office spaces. Adaptable and willing to take direction from the manager to ensure daily needs are met.
