Fuel Tax & Compliance • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of fuel tax reporting (IFTA and other applicable jurisdictions). • Collect, validate, and reconcile fuel usage, mileage, and tax data. • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. Pricing & Customer Support • Develop and maintain pricing models for dedicated customers, incorporating cost inputs, market data, and operational factors. • Support customer proposals, RFPs, and renewals with financial and routing analysis. • Collaborate with account managers and, when required, present findings and recommendations directly to customers. Financial Analysis • Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for routes, customers, and operational performance. • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Routing & Operational Analysis • Perform route optimization and scenario modeling to evaluate cost and service trade-offs. • Analyze delivery times, mileage, and equipment utilization to support operational planning. • Partner with dispatch and operations teams to identify efficiencies.
