RMC is seeking to a Senior Contracts Administrator to enhance corporate operations at our Corporate Office in Lexington Park, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Deliver comprehensive contract administration services, encompassing development, negotiation, and compliance; Manage contract modifications, change proposals, and facilitate dispute resolution; Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks, and track funding and ceiling limits; Disseminate contract-related information, including risks and mitigation strategies, across the organization Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in established policies Demonstrate working knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, or other agency-specific requirements Potentially lead or participate in the development of cost proposals Prepare documentation for contracts and subcontracts, including the negotiation of terms Conduct market research as necessary Track and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents; Oversee and mentor junior personnel Liaise with Senior Management, Program Management, and other staff within the corporate office Complete various special projects as required. Requirements We seek candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree and have accumulated 10 years of substantial relevant experience. The ideal candidate will excel in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential for this position. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required. While a Department of Defense clearance is not a prerequisite for initial employment, the selected candidate may be required to undergo a security investigation and fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
